4.Your registration is irrevocable, and registration fees are non-refundable.

5.We may cancel or change the event date(s) within twelve months, and your registration will be valid for the new date(s). If the event is canceled without a rescheduled date, you can choose a refund or credit note for the registration fees.

6.Our events are primarily for business professionals, and children under twelve may be restricted from certain areas.

7.We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject/block any person who violates these terms and conditions or poses a security risk or nuisance to the event.

8.Unauthorized filming, recording, or photography is prohibited. You agree to surrender any unauthorized material and hold us harmless for any claims arising from such activities.

9.You consent to being filmed, recorded, or photographed at the event, and we own all rights to the content. You waive any rights or claims related to the content.

10.Your personal information may be shared with other entities within our group and third parties for promotional purposes and as required by law. We are not responsible for the use of your personal information by third parties.

11.For virtual events, you are responsible for technical requirements and must comply with the terms of use. We do not guarantee continuous operation or freedom from viruses.

12.For jewelry events, identity verification data may be collected for security purposes.

13.You assume all risks associated with attending the event, and we do not provide any warranties or guarantees regarding the event or its outcomes. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred.

14.Our rights and remedies are cumulative and not exclusive. Any waiver of rights must be in writing.

15.We may amend these terms and conditions without notice.

16.In case of any discrepancy, the English version of these terms and conditions prevails.
